Gra tworzona jest przez twórców Hitmana, ale w mocno Bondowym klimacie - gra ma być filmowa, z aktorską obsadą, zachowując potężny rdzeń rozgrywki, który dodatkowo jest wzmocniony walką wręcz tworzoną przez osobę odpowiedzialną za model walki z serii Batman Arkham.
