This might be the hardest Football Manager 26 challenge we’ve ever attempted.
In this Father vs Son Football Manager challenge, both of us start completely unemployed in FM26 with no club, no reputation boost, and no guarantees of getting a good job. From there, it becomes a race to win the UEFA Champions League.
The rules are simple:
🏆 First manager to win the Champions League wins the challenge.
But starting unemployed in Football Manager 26 means we could end up anywhere — small clubs, struggling teams, or rebuilding fallen giants. Every decision matters: transfers, tactics, youth development, and career moves could decide who reaches European glory first.
Can we climb from unemployed managers to Champions League winners, or will one of us fall behind in the race?
This is a full FM26 career race packed with rebuilds, tactical battles, and the chaos of Football Manager.
