Bärlauchstängel und Bärlauchblätter trennen und in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden. Fünf Eier mit Salz, weißen Pfeffer und Reiswein fest schlagen bis Blasen entstehen. Etwas Stärkewasser unterheben. In viel Öl das Ei braten und dann beiseite geben. Die Stängel vom Bärlauch zuerst anbraten und dann die Blätter hinzugeben. Mit Salz würzen und mit Reiswein ablöschen. Zum Schluss die Eier wieder hinzugeben und mit Soyasauce abschmecken.
